Welcome to liSTE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the liSTE app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

This document is a general template provided for transparency. Please have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel before you rely on it for your business.

1. Who we are

liSTE is a marketplace that connects clients with independent beauty and wellness providers. liSTE is not the provider of the services booked through the app; providers are independent professionals responsible for the services they deliver.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your region to hold an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
Appointments for minors must be booked by a parent or guardian through our Guardian Booking flow, with explicit consent.

3. Bookings & payments

Prices, deposits and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm a booking.
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. A platform service fee may apply and is disclosed at checkout.
Some bookings require a deposit; the balance may be captured automatically before the appointment as shown in your booking summary.

4. Cancellations, reschedules & refunds

Cancellation outcomes depend on how far in advance you cancel and are shown before you confirm. Depending on timing, you may receive a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or no refund.
Rescheduling keeps your payment in place; only the price difference (if any) is settled.
After a completed service, you have a short window to confirm the service or report a problem. Reported problems are reviewed before any payout is released.

5. Loyalty points & gift cards

You may earn loyalty points on eligible spending. Points can be redeemed for in-app credit or gift cards at the rates shown in the app. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or change as described in the app.

6. Provider obligations

Providers must hold any licenses, insurance and qualifications required for the services they offer, and must comply with local regulations. Certain regulated services are only shown where a provider is verified and licensed for that region.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass safety features (including masked calling), or harass other users.
Do not provide false information or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

8. Communications & privacy

Calls and messages between clients and providers are routed through the platform, including masked calling that hides your real phone number. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, liSTE is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent providers or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms and will highlight material changes in the app or on this page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
